Who We Are
Founded in 2021, Millemont Capital Partners is a private equity real estate investment platform with a focus on acquiring sustainable hospitality assets in with durable fundamentals. Millemont’s core strategy includes:
(i) Acquiring income generating, lifestyle hotels in core locations and employing an active asset management strategy to deliver strong risk-adjusted investment returns; and
(iI) Acquiring value-add and opportunistic hotels and undertaking extensive repositioning programmes to deliver above market returns.
To date, the firm has acquired five hotels and aims to add ten more to its portfolio over the next three years. Alongside growth, Millemont is strongly committed to sustainability, actively working to reduce the carbon footprint of its assets through both development and operational efficiencies, with the goal of operating as close to net zero as possible.
Millemont had originally raised commitments from three UK-based family office investors which it has been deploying on a deal-by-deal basis, attracting further commitments from strategic investors, including recent interest from Malta-based capital partners.
Investor capital is deployed through transaction-specific, UK-based fund entities. These funds are wholly controlled and managed by Millemont and operate as FCA-regulated Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
1. Millemont Investment Pillars: Millemont leverages its extensive network to pursue opportunities both on and off-market, enabling the team to source deals at attractive prices.
The firm’s management structure allow the team to review and decide on every opportunity quickly.
As Millemont deploys capital on a deal-by-deal basis, it allows the firm to be selective and only pursue transactions that produce optimal returns for its investors and have reduced execution risk.

Millemont is launching the Maltese arm of its business (MM Malta) and intends to raise financing on the Malta Stock Exchange, The first of such fundraise will be under the banner of MM Star Malta Finance p.l.c.
